The traditional method that has been customary was to pour mortar or glue on the surface, then put the mosaic on it, then hit it with a plastic hammer and check with a plumb line to make sure that the mosaics are level with each other. It was a very time-consuming work with many disadvantages.

In order to solve these disadvantages and ease of work, Beton Plast offers a product called a large tile and ceramic leveling wedge, which is made of plastic, which increases the quality of tiling and is very affordable. In addition to aligning the edges of the mosaic, this product also adjusts the distance between the mosaics to a distance of 1.5 mm.

The large tile and ceramic leveling wedge consists of two parts, the clip and the wedge, which is the male part and the female clip. The tile leveling clip is designed according to the thickness of the mosaic, which is usually 2 cm. In tiling, by placing it on the edge of the mosaic and locking it with a wedge, it makes the mosaics level with each other, and there is no need for a plumb line or a hammer.

One of the special advantages of using leveling is preventing the formation of moss and algae between the seams.

Method of Use :
First, it is better to start laying the mosaic from the work corner. Then draw the guide line with the help of goni, meter and ruler. Then, apply glue or mortar to the surface under the work as much as the area of ​​2 or 3 mosaics. Then lay the first mosaic and place the clips around it. Place the side mosaics, then stabilize it by placing and locking the mosaic leveling wedge.

Consumption :
The consumption of tile leveler depends on the size of the floor and the dimensions of the mosaic. Considering that the wedge is used multiple times, for this reason, it is suggested to consider the number of wedges less than the number of clips.

Hints :
It is recommended to use a special leveling wrench to lock the wedge in the clip. Using a hammer or hand to insert a wedge into the clip will break the clip.
After installation, let the mortar and glue under the mosaic get a proper hold, then break the clips.
