The traditional method that has been customary was to pour mortar or glue on the surface, then place the tile on it, then hit it with a plastic hammer and check with a plumb line to make sure that the tiles are level with each other. It was a very time-consuming work with many disadvantages.

In order to solve these disadvantages and ease of work, Concrete Plast offers a product called ceramic tile leveler, which is made of plastic, which increases the quality of tiling and is very affordable, and it is offered in several different sizes.

Alignment of the tile consists of two parts, the parallel clip and the parallel wedge, which is the male piece and the female clip. The tile leveling clip in tiling, by being placed on the edge of the tile and ceramic and locked by the wedge, makes the tile and ceramic level with each other, and there is no need for a plumb line or a hammer.

One of the special advantages of ceramic tiles is that no water collects between two tiles or ceramics when washing, which causes the tiles to not become cloudy. This product is used in all types of flooring, including parquet.

Method of Use :
First, according to the thickness of the ceramic tile, choose the size you want. For tiling, it is better to start laying tiles from the work corner. Then, with the help of gonia, meter and ruler, draw two lines with an angle of 90 degrees to each other. Then apply adhesive to the work surface and stick the tiles. When the tiles are finished sticking, the clip will be easily broken from the point of connection of the vertical to horizontal plate by a sharp object from the side. The horizontal part of the clip will remain under the tiles and the vertical part will be removed. The clip is disposable, but the wedge can be used several times.

The consumption of tile leveler depends on the size of the flooring and the dimensions of ceramic tiles.

The equivalent number for tiles with dimensions of 30×30 cm and less:

The number of tile level for small tiles up to 30×30 cm is one level for each tile face. If one level is placed on each face, you must place it in the middle of the face.

Equivalent number for tiles with dimensions of 40×40 to 50×50 cm:

The number of tile levelers for 40×40 and 50×50 cm tiles is two for each side of the tile. It is better to place it parallel to these dimensions of the tile, with a distance of 10 cm from the ceramic tile.

Equivalent number for tiles with dimensions 60×60 to 80×80 cm:

The number of tile levels for 60×60 and 80×80 cm tiles is three for each tile face. Two levelers are placed at a distance of 10 cm from the edge of the tile, and the third leveler is placed in the middle of the face.

Equivalent number for tiles larger than 80×80 cm:

Number of tile levelers For tiles larger than 80×80 cm, one leveler should be given for every 20 to 25 cm length of each side.
