Power screw leveler is one of the most unique tile and ceramic levelers, which has a much higher quality and has special care in the design of its ribs and pitch to level the nut with a higher power for ceramic tiles. Power screw level consists of two parts (clip) and nut (wedge).

The leveling nut or wedge has high power and efficiency, which with its high power, with the help of mechanical and pressure forces, completely aligns two surfaces in relation to each other. No special wrench is needed to close the nut on the clip, and the two edges are easily leveled by hand and with the help of the earrings provided on both sides of the power screw leveler.

Method of Use :
At first, stick the first tile or ceramic on the surface with mortar or tile adhesive, then place the level between the straps according to the desired tile. Place the ceramics on the sides and place the nut and wedge on the clip and twist as much as it will fit so that the tile and ceramic are level with each other. After the tiling mortar has reached its initial setting, the clip is broken and separated with the tip of the shoe or a sharp object, and you can then start the strapping.

The number of screws required for tiles with dimensions of 30 x 30 cm and less:

The number of tile levels for these dimensions is one for each tile. In tiles where a leveler is used, it should be placed in the middle of the tile face. In order to increase the accuracy of small tiles, an equal number of screw tiles can be placed at the intersection of tiles or ceramics.

The number of screws required for tiles with dimensions 40×40 and 50×50:

The number of tile levels for these dimensions is two for each tile. It is recommended to place the tile at a level of 10 cm from the edge of the tile.

The number of screws required for tiles with dimensions 60×60 and 80×80:

The number of tile levels for these dimensions is three for each tile. Two of the levelers are placed at a distance of 10 cm from the edge of the ceramic tile and the third leveler is placed in the center of the face.

The number of screws required for tiles with dimensions larger than 80×80:

For tiles with larger dimensions, one level should be considered for every 20 to 25 cm of face length.

Hints :
This leveler model is designed for tiles with a thickness of at least 8 cm. For tiles less than this thickness, it is better to use a small flat leveler.
The installation method of the screw leveler is slightly different from the leveler of the flat model, and in placing the flat model, you need pliers or a special wrench, but the screw model can be turned and locked by hand.
Considering that the clip is disposable, it is recommended to prepare the wedge in less quantity than the clip.
It is recommended to use a special leveling wrench to lock the wedge in the clip. Using a hammer or hand to insert a wedge into the clip will break the clip.
