Description

Parallel to the medium red spiral
The spiral leveler is a modern leveler that was designed and produced for the first time in Iran under the BPROFIX brand, which has a high repetition rate and is very economical to use because it is considered a permanent tool and can always be used. Used in tiling.

The spiral leveler consists of bolts and nuts, which are made of compressed plastic. Also, inside the screw-shaped part, a T-shaped metal part is embedded, which is made of resistant spring steel. This leveler is used to level tiles and ceramics whose width is 2 to 6 mm. It is not suitable for ceramics with a width of less than 2 mm, and it becomes difficult to pull it out. For use in bands with a width of more than 6 mm, the power of applying force is reduced due to the limitation in the length of the blades, and the two surfaces are not completely aligned, and it is necessary to use two to three times the number of parallel ones.

The use of this product is suitable on all types of horizontal, vertical and sloping surfaces and it will not slip before the initial fixing of ceramic tiles.

Method of Use :
First, tighten the nut on the screw.
Then spread the mortar on the surface and place the first tile.
It is recommended to use the tile cross in the bands to place the next tiles and ceramics.
After assembling the bolts and nuts, insert the metal blade vertically into the empty space between the tiles and rotate 90 degrees until the T-shaped blades are placed under the tile.
Turn the nut until it reaches the surface of the ceramic tile and tighten until the tiles are aligned.
When the tiling mortar reaches its initial grip, loosen the nut one turn and turn the screw 90 degrees so that the direction of the blade is aligned with the two tiles and it can be easily removed from between the two tiles.
After the mortar reaches the final setting, start the strapping.

Hints :
It is recommended to choose a leveler according to the thickness of the ceramic tile and use a medium leveler (red leveler) for 8 to 16mm tiles and a large leveler (blue leveler) for 16 to 24mm ceramic tiles.
The task of the spiral leveler is to stabilize and level the two tiles before the tiling mortar reaches the initial setting, which is a maximum of 5-6 hours after installing the ceramic tile and before this time, the leveler must be removed from the straps. If the tiling mortar reaches an older age, it will be difficult to remove the level and most likely it will cause the lip of the ceramic to fill.
After removing the spiral, clean the mortar attached to it and clean it with water, dry it quickly and put it in a closed container.
